I took my first contact center job in 1989 as a customer service representative for a day planner company. And while I didn’t really enjoy the specific role, I fell in love with the contact center environment and just kept at it. For the last 31 years, the contact center space has provided for my family, created life-long friendships, and has allowed me to travel the world.
As anyone reading this could easily predict, my own divorce process, which began in 2019, unavoidably changed the trajectory of my life. But what I couldn’t have predicted is that my divorce would open the door to this new chapter of life.
OurDivorce™ was designed from the ground up to help people just like me to make the divorce process as quick, simple and painless as it can possibly be.
I would never wish divorce on anyone. But since it’s going to happen despite my best wishes, I hope we’ve made the journey a lot easier than it used to be.
When I got divorced in 1995, I didn’t have any choice but to focus on raising my 3 children and providing for their needs. Like many single moms, I sometimes worked 3 jobs just to make ends meet.
I was fortunate to make some sound business contacts – and risking everything – was able to launch my first company in 2005. And although scary and risky, it brought me joy!
Since then, I’ve started and successfully run 3 businesses and have learned I have a real knack for business and have built my organization to be nimble and prepared for new opportunities.
I have had the pleasure of working with Tom over the years and when he told me about his idea for OurDivorce™, I knew we could help a lot of people and that this was an opportunity I could not let pass me by.
Our goal is to provide a process for divorce that is like no other. Divorce is a scary and risky process. But, as we like to say “Divorce has never been easier”.
